Booking
You will be required to provide a credit card at the time of booking. However, you will not be charged unless you fail to provide 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or if you no-show to your appointment. To book an appointment click here.
Arrivals
Please arrive with a clean and makeup free face when possible because all makeup will be removed prior to treatment. If you are running behind, please notify us as soon as possible. In effort to respect the time of all Native Skin Bar patients, if you’re running 15 or more minutes behind your appointment will be cancelled. If this happens, you will be responsible to pay the late cancelation fee of $100.
Pricing
Pricing is nonnegotiable and payment is required at the time of service. Native Skin Bar reserves the right to change pricing at anytime without notice. Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to our customers at Native Skin Bar, please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee if your appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. Because appointments are limited and fill up quickly, we suggest you schedule your next appointment and secure your spot before you leave.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to make it to your scheduled appointment without making an attempt to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 100% OF THE SERVICE FEE. Native Skin Bar, LLC reserves the right to refuse your ability to book future services at our discretion.
Refund Policy
Native Skin Bar strives for your happiness. We thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of all treatments and the realistic results you can expect. If a touch up is needed, we are happy to provide that at our discretion free of charge. Therefore, all treatments, procedures and or pre-paid packages are non-refundable. Medical grade skincare products are also non-refundable. Packages are non-transferable. Credit from pre-paid treatments, procedures and or packages may only be applied toward other forms of treatments(s) or product(s) at our discretion.
Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to book with Native Skin Bar. However, services are not guaranteed if you are not a candidate for a given treatment, regardless of age.
Illness
If you have an infectious or contagious illness, please contact Native Skin Bar as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. For your safety and that of other patients, please do not come to your appointment sick. If it’s observed that you are sick, it is our policy that your appointment will end immediately and will need to be rescheduled.
Photos and Videos
Photos and/or videos are taken before, during, and after your appointment at Native Skin Bar. They are a necessary part of your treatment to monitor progress and outcome and are the property of Native Skin Bar. They may also be used to advertise on any and all social media platforms but only with your signed consent. You will not be pressured to give consent for photos to be published.
Results
At Native Skin Bar we provide medical services and procedures. Each person is different in terms of anatomy and baseline. Because of this fact, results cannot be guaranteed. We thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of all treatments and the realistic results you can expect.
